Feast Buffet is a great place to enjoy a big meal with plenty of choices. The food was fresh, the staff were friendly, and the dining area felt clean and comfortable. I had a very enjoyable experience.

My daughter and I decided to have lunch at Feast Buffet in Springfield today. We’ve eaten here a few times before. While it has never been our favorite buffet, it’s convenient, and there aren’t many buffet options left in Springfield, so we decided to give it another try. We had also eaten here on Mother’s Day. At that time, the crab legs had very little flavor, and some of the food was only lukewarm. We hoped today’s lunch would be better, especially since we arrived right when they opened. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The meatballs were burnt, the rice was cold, both the red sauce and dumpling sauce were ice cold, and the stuffed mushrooms were still cold in the middle. The food quality was disappointing, but we finished our meal and didn’t make an issue out of it. The worst part came when we received our check. It showed a total of $63.47 for the two of us, which seemed much higher than we expected for a lunch buffet. Even our Mother’s Day visit had cost less. Our server told us to ask the person at the front when we paid. When I politely questioned the total, the man at the register immediately became angry. I had a very good experience at Feast Buffet. The buffet had plenty of choices, the dining area was clean, and the service was fast and welcoming. Great value and definitely worth visiting again.

The manager here is absolutely horrible. The treatment I received was quite literally the worst I’ve ever received from a restaurant. The manager is racist and extremely rude to black people. I made food for my one year old I literally ate nothing. He tells me “dont come back you cant come here and feed your baby everyday.” I had never even been there before it was my first time even visiting the restaurant! I was so shocked he told me I needed to pay and leave infront of many other customers and treating me like nothing. I paid and he demanded I left. The only reason I didnt eat was because there was no separation between the seafood and other options. I am extremely allergic to seafood, but my daughter was starving so I fed her since we were already there. When I called to speak to someone. He says “i already know who you are you dont get to speak to anyone. You never come back with anyone” Edit- The waitress witnessing my entire meal would have seen me eating nothing, but only the child and the child picked at the food. We went on Father's Day...it featured crab legs just like on Mother's day. The only complaint that many people had is the line to get the food is quite long due to a design issue. The kids play area is good for birthday parties.
